MEETING LOUIS
Sip and see brunch: Cara Fraley and son Louis Fraley, 7 weeks, were honored at a Sip and See party given by Kate Halinski, San Antonio, Texas; Regan Morgan and Lindsey Redburn, both of Frisco, Texas, and Ashley Martin, Dallas, in the home of Suzie and Stan Hupfeld. Bruce Fraley is the baby's dad.
Table: On the buffet table was a bouquet of blue hydrangeas, a clothesline filled with baby outfits and a name banner.
Menu: Quiche, muffins, berries and petit fours with the initial “L” was party fare.
People: Among the guests were Kay Musser, Linda Fraley, Alesha Rogers, Kelli Dupuy, Marian Clopton, Whitney Hooten, Jenifer Stehr, Megan Sutton, Lacie Hill, Megan Barron, Cheri Price, Stephanie Morningstar, Lori Donovan, Amanda Owens and Kristen Robinson.
IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Barbecue: C.R. Head was host for a barbecue dinner for a Lakehurst neighborhood party. He served barbecued ribs, beef, hot dogs, chicken and homemade hot links along with baked beans, potato salad and pecan pie.
Music: Spaghetti Eddie provided music for the children.
Project: The group decided to purchase Thunder flags to fly at the entrance of the neighborhood along May Avenue.

CAST PARTY
Event: Jan and Robert Henry were hosts for the Oklahoma Senior Follies Cast Party following the last performance of the Follies. The party was in their home. Both of the Henrys were in the cast.
Thanks for the memories: Shadow boxes with memorabilia from the show created by Carol Sander were given to Director David Herendeen and Founder/Producer Bobbie Burbridge Lane.
Entertainment: The group sang songs around the piano.

OKLAHOMA FOUNDATION FOR EXCELLENCE
Gala celebration: The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Academic Awards banquet was at the Renaissance Tulsa Convention Center. The event honored Oklahoma's top public school educators and students. OFE chairman is David L. Boren.
Honorees: 100 public high school seniors from Oklahoma were honored as Academic All-Staters and four Medals for Excellence in Teaching were given to Teresa Potter, Betsy Ballard, Gladys Lewis and Charles Abramson. The elementary/secondary administration award recipient was Kathryn Turner.
Keynote speaker: Author, magazine editor and television host Fareed Zakaria was guest speaker.
ANNIVERSARY ART SHOW
Artist's reception: Ben Dodson was host for the 29th Anniversary show and sale in Dodson Galleries. The event featured artwork by 25 artists from the 2012 Prix de West Invitational Event.
Still open: The exhibit will run through June 30.
ANNUAL LUNCHEON
Luncheon: The Oklahoma Division of the Magna Charta Dames and Barons had the annual luncheon at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club.
Speaker: Erma Stewart portrayed suffragette Alice Paul.
Table/program: Shields and red and gold flower bouquets decorated the tables and new officers were elected and installed.
